Will they check to see if dilated if I ask?

I'm going for my 34 week appointment Monday, just wondering if I ask them if they will check to see if I'm dilated? 
I just feel like something is going on down there and curious and getting anxious lol.

I don't see why not. Maybe call and ask in advance, so they put you in the equipped room.
