"Morning" sickness and GD
Hey ladies! First, I don't officially have GD. I had it with my first pregnancy and am 7 weeks pregnant with my second, so I haven't been tested yet. But after last time I told myself that next time I would get on board with eating like I had GD from the beginning: just in case. Which was going great until a few days ago when I feel sick 24/7. I haven't thrown but just that constant feeling that I could, and the thought of eating my usual salad with grilled chicken, nuts and cheese, grilled veggies etc. makes me sick! All I want is pizza and carbs! I know I have seen a few posts on here of ladies that were diagnosed very early, did anyone have this issue? I haven't eaten a vegetable in days and having to eat crackers all day long is stressing me out!
Any advice!? Foods that work for GD but also for an upset stomach? Thanks!
