I am wanting advice before I go into the doctor for something that could just simply be my period. I do not have insurance, so I would rather save the money over something so silly.

On May 15th 2017 I got my depo shot.

June I had no period.

July I had a period from the 9th - 28th

In Aug I had sex the 13, and was supposed to get my depo shot the 14. Never did.

Aug 23rd - 25th I had light brown spotting.

Sept 16th I woke up sicker than ever, and started my "period". I thought I had the flu, but no one else caught it. So, the 16th - the 20th I had mild cramps, back pain and dark brown spotting. Come the 21st I had a very heavy flow of dark red and really bad cramps. That lasted all day till about 6pm then stopped. The 22nd I had no blood at all. The 23rd I went all day without bleeding, I went to the bathroom around 7:30pm and noticed I had a decent amount of brown blood on my panty liner and when I wiped.

Come someone please give me advice.

There is no bad smell, or no itching.

Could it be a mis-carriage, infection, or just a normal period.

Should I go in?
