Anyone know what hot teas are safe to drink? Need some good recommendations! Drank tea every morning before I was pregnant and I'm missing it!!!

Teas are derived from plants and natural herbs, so its always a good thing to check into what teas you are drinking as herbs and plants have been used for medicinal purposes since the beginning of time. One tea that is out there and does not contain herbs such as Nettle and Rasberry Leaf, which are not recommended at beginning stages of preganancy due to them helping with the end pregnancy with causing contractions and what not...is Tea For Two. If you reasearch it, the ingredients are very clear, and its a tea that helps mommies to be maintain good health,  and keeps baby safe:)

Peppermint is okay. You should google a list. My favourite tea has licorice extract which is a no no. Raspberry leaf tea is supposed to be saved for when you're delivering.  It's worth checking the list.
