I was diagnosed with PCOS almost 2 years ago. I was on Metformin for over a year and finally got clearances to stop taking it. My fiancé and I decided we were ready to start trying so we made an appointment with the gyno to see what we needed to do. Since I only get 3/4 periods a year due to the PCOS she recommended I take birth control for 3 months before trying to conceive to regulate me. I didn’t like that idea so I went to another gyno for a second opinion. The new gyno suggested use Provera monthly to bring on a period and to use Clomid. This is my first month of using both. Using Glow I’ve been keeping track of everything. According to Glow today is ovulation day but this morning I took an ovulation test and a pregnancy test both and the ovulation test was not a true positive and the pregnancy test had the control line and a very faint test line. I’m not sure how to feel. Part of me wants to be excited but the other part is very scared and nervous. This is something I feel like I’ve been waiting so long for. Anyone else experience a very faint line on a pregnancy test? I took Provera this month to bring on a period and the entire period was very very light and short.
