Trigger warning: rape

I was raped on Monday and I'm not handling it well. I'm depressed, sleeping all the time and my friends have all told me I'm different. I didn't even notice it. I went and saw my horse today and my friend said I even acted different with me horse, who I love more than anything. If anyone has dealt with this, how did you cope? I made a police report and I'm waiting to talk to svu. He's going to get picked up after I talk to them and most likely charged with a class e felony. But the police department (nypd) has been nothing disrespectful and insensitive to me about everything. It hurts so much.
