Help, please

I am not sure which app I should go by. Both apps that I use have the same information entered. I hit peak on the 17th. OPK was positive on the 18th. First response digital said yes on the 18th. Glow is predicting that I ovulated on the 18th putting me at 6DPO. FF is predicting I ovulated on the 20th putting me at 4DPO. In your opinion, which should I follow?

Also this is what my CM looked like a while ago. What do I count it as?
