worried?

my period is 5 days late today but there's minimal to no chance of me being pregnant (we always use a condom around my fertile window) . I guess I'm just looking for reassurance: I've had sore breasts and white discharge the past few days, is that a good sign of a period about to start? I wss thinking my period could be late because I was sick for 2 weeks and I've been stressed? I would love any comments
