any plus size pregnant mamas?

hi there. I'm madison. Im pregnant with my first baby and I'm so excited. Im also super scared because of my weight and my health. I've noticed im out of breath more and my blood pressure is up when im stressed, at work, or after Im dome vigorously eating lmaoo. I don't know I just feel super sensitive to things and things work me up easily. it doesn't help Im terrified of doctors. who else is scared of doctors? thanks beauts ❤❤

I am plus size, pregnant with my first. I am about 7w3d. I am very paranoid about weight gain, its been really hard to stay healthy when I am so hungry. I at least get to walk around a lot at work but even then I dont think thats going to be enough. I am just trying to stay positive. I also have PCOS which makes it tremendously hard for me to lose weight as well as other symptoms. I think it is going to take me longer to recover after that baby has arrived to lose all the weight because of my PCOS. Wishing y'all all the best. I am due May 12th

I am plus size in the sense that I weigh a lot but carry it really well and I'm still pretty fit. I'm 190 pounds and 5ft4in. with my last pregnancy I started at 175 and gained 40lbs.  still have yet to lose 15 lbs and now I'm pregnant with #2. my biggest tip would be to watch what you eat or atleast the amount. this is a chance to start a healthy journey since you would have the motivation of doing it not only for yourself but for your baby too :)

I'm a plus size mama! This is baby number 4, so I've been here before. My best advice is to start walking every day, and wear a fitness tracker to track your heart rate. For me, other than all the extra fat, I am completely healthy. Also, try some meditating! It helps to stay calm.

I’m plus size. I currently weigh about 200 (haven’t gained any weight so far in this pregnancy). I’m hoping I’m able to only gain a small amount of weight. I worry about things like preeclampsia and gestational diabetes all the time.

I am plus size as well.  I had a perfect first pregnancy with no preclamsia or gestational diabetes.  It can be done!  I hope for the same this time.
My main advice is don’t buy into the whole, I’m eating for two so I eat what I want.  Just eat reasonably and you should be fine.  I gained 23 pounds with my first and literally lost it all by the time I left the hospital.  It was all baby/water and no fat.

I'm plus size with baby number 2 , nervous cause  my oldest is
7 so it's been awhile .and I'm a lot more heavier then I was with #2 then I was with my 1st .
Only thing I can see me doing to help would be to manage my eating and not have a free for all because I'm pregnant and stuff my face lol..

I actually lost 60 lbs in hopes of getting pregnant, and it seemed to work as I just got my positive today! 😊 But I'm still plus size at around 200 lbs and 5'2", so I'm hoping to continue losing weight slowly throughout the first trimester and then pick back up when/if baby arrives.
