How to know when ovulating.
So, its been 16 days of cycle and i am having lower back aches and feels like im getting some cramps. Is this a sign of ovulation?My periods are so irregular but i took birth control for 4 motnhs and this month I decided not to take it bcuz i was feeling sick with it.
