Why do I even try?

Feeling super emotional and not feeling supported by my SO. I feel like since finding out about thos pregnancy he isnt the same. Everything i do is wrong and i just cant help it. im so frustrated.

It could just be your emotions getting in the way and blinding what is really going on! I had this problem with my last pregnancy I felt alone but really I was making it seem that way because I was so emotional over everything! Maybe try talking to him about your concerns!

Men's reaction to a life altering change like pregnancy can be drastic, even for those who have been planning a child.  Yes, we deal with all the physical changes but at least we have the physical changes to hammer the message across. Especially in the first trimester when you aren't showing yet. My husband didn't get it and kept blaming me for playing the pregnancy card, and I didn't even have much symptoms! I have found that by explaining the changes and making him read about pregnancy and all the "wonderful" things that can and will happen helped a ton.
