When’s it to early to test

So currently I am 8 DPO and have been feeling every symptom imaginable. AF should be here on the 1st but me and my husband have both agreed to test on day 10 and day 14 when AF is supposed to be here. Wondering if I should wait to test till day 14 or see if anything is there day 10?
