I’ve been having cramps like pre-period cramps. I just tested positive for a pregnancy test. Could it be a false positive ?

You can get false positives.  Go see a doctor for a blood test to determine if you are.

The only way a test has a false positive is if you are producing the pregnancy hormone hcg but not pregnant, so likely you are pregnant
