I have written before. As of today it has been 77 days since my last period. My 3rd round of clomid 100mg was feb 9-13 but I missed a pill so took my last one on the 14th.

Used an OPK from Feb 17-27 getting a positive on Feb 26 and 27. I don't know if I ovulated since I have never ovulated before I don't know what to look for. (My PCOS is Anovulatory cycles which means I bleed without ovulating). I was diagnosed 13 years ago.

My period was due March 15th and I missed it. I have taken 5 hpt and one urine based test at the doctor's office From March 23 - Today all BFN.

I have a doctors appointment on Friday should I just ask for an ultrasound or do a blood test?? Could there still be hope or am I just fooling myself? Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
