10dpo and cramping

Hi everyone.

I'm about 9-10 dpo and had a belly ache all day. Seems like I wanna go to the toilet but not quite. But it doesn't feel quite like period cramping. AF is due this saturday (september 23rd).

Did anyone have this symptoms and got a BFP?
