Mid July I started taking taking metformin for PCOS, 1,000mg a day.. i didn’t have a period in August. I dont have bad symptoms which was great! BUT I started my period 9/4 and I’m still bleeding 3 weeks later.. it isn’t heavy, I use maybe three tampons a day. I’ve only had 3 clots that were small and stringy. I’ve called my doctor to see what she thinks but who knows when she’ll get back to me... have you or anyone you know had this experience? What did you do to balance it?
