Wondering if anyone who has already had their baby is having issues producing enough milk? When I nurse he falls asleep so quickly and I feel like he doesn't get much, I pump after and only get like an ounce - three ounces. Doing this every 2 hours for 20+ minutes. It's really stressing me out that I feel like he is not getting enough. I have bought fenugreek, mothers milk tea and a powder you can mix in water for lactation help so far not great results but says it can take time to see effects.
