What are these bumps on my baby?

My sweety has these bumps all over her face and neck. I’m not sure what they are or how to get rid of them. They’ve been there for about a month. I’ve tried not using Vaseline on her face. I’ve tried keeping her cool (Just Incase they’re heat bumps. But nothings working. Any help?

Don't put anything on it, especially not hydrocortisone. It's just miliaria, a heat rash that's very common and it doesn't bother baby girl at all. It will go away on its own eventually.

try giving her a baking soda bath

Put a little bit of hydrocortisone 1% on her face, neck and ears. My son had this when he was a newborn and I used it 3 times a week.

Looks like baby acne and perfectly normal.

I would think Vaseline would just make it worse cuz itll clog the pores
