Easy healthy breakfast!
So Iam 16 weeks pregnant I can only gain 20 pounds at the most ! I changed my eating habits , this is my toddler and I daily breakfast he gets his usual scrambled eggs and fruit or he has oatmeal with fruit inside and a cup of OJ or Water , I have my wheat French toast with natural honey and some fresh fruit and a big cup of water or decaf with some low fat milk I love it because I get my favorite foods but in a healthier version lol ! (Yes that is my table cloth I love Halloween 🎃)
