I haven't had a period in almost 45 days. Which isn't unusual. I have to take Provera in order to have a period. Me and my husband are TTC. I have been having some really sharp pains in my left lower abdomen and my abdomen has also been cramping a little not like PMS cramps but almost just like muscle rolls is what it feels like. I guess the cramps are more noticeable and attention grabbing than anything. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this or if this is anything I should be concerned about?
