I found out I was pregnant today. right when I was gonna call my SO he broke up with me. he has 3 kids with someone else, but we've been together a WHILE. he just says he's done because he wants his other kids in his life.

Are you planning on keeping it? If so tell him but let him know he doesn’t have to be in the child’s life. He can sign over all rights and that be it but no back & forth. 
Also, why can’t he be with you & be in his kids life?

Dang ..... that sucks but it’s not the end of the world. Being that he broke up with you before you told him you are pregnant, I wouldn’t fall for it when he comes crawling back. Always prepare to do it on your own, so that if you ever have to you will be less bitter. Can’t make a man be a father .... I learned that the hard way.

If he loves his kids and wants them in his life, then why would he push away his new baby? Men are so stupid sometimes, maybe try getting him to talk face to face and y’all can go over the future together, suggest helping him with his older children and think of a plan with the new baby. You need to stress to him that this baby is his too, and he needs to step up to the plate. If he decides he still doesn’t want to be together as scary as being a single mom sounds I promise it’s not. Good vibes being sent your way mama and congratulations on your bundle of joy❤️
