I just caved and took unisom+B6

I’ve been trying to hold off on taking anything for morning sickness but I couldn’t take it anymore... finally caved and took the Unisom + B6 combo. I’m a little worried about taking medication while pregnant. I’m currently sitting here feeling guilty 😕
