Am I in labor?!

I am about 35 weeks

Around 8:00 last night I started have some mild back aching pain, but as the night went on it got worse and worse and now it's to the point where I cannot walk right, stand right, move right, I can't even wipe myself!! (Not very well at least 😂) all I've been doing is laying in bed and relaxing but it hasn't subsides what so ever.

I tried hot compress

Ice packs

Essential oil massages

Showers..and nothing has helped.

I don't think water has broke, I have noticed however an increase in clear mucus like discharge?

Diarrhea has also kicked in 😩

Should I go to labor and delivery???
