My husband and I both had today off of work, so it worked out perfectly to have my confirmation appointment scheduled for today. We drove the hour to the appointment and when we get there they tell me that the doc got called out for an emergency. Since I drove an hour I decided to wait. About an hour after my scheduled appointment time one of the nurses comes in and says all of the doctors are in the OR and won't be back. So we had to reschedule for October 5 because we don't work until 10 AM that day, and can both make an early appointment. I'm a little disappointed, but it happens. Apparently all 3 docs were in the same surgery, so I really hope that person is okay. We made a time out of it though by visiting Target, and had a dinner date. 10 more days of waiting and wondering now!
