Up until 26 weeks I was pregnant with twins. Last month we found out one of our twins, our boy, had passed. We still have a healthy girl, and even though I am at high risk for infection my dr and myself agreed it's more important to carry to term or until my body goes in to labor to give our daughter her best chance at being healthy. I am almost at 33 weeks now and am starting to go through early labor (inconsistent but frequent contractions).

I am so excited to meet our girl, but I know I laboring and birthing both babies is going to be so hard. Any advice from mommas who have had a still birth or been in a similar situation? I am trying to mentally prepare myself for this time.
