First time mum... 4 weeks. Nervous! + questions ♥️

Okay so I just got several BFPs and it’s sunk in... I’m pregnant.... YAY!! ♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️

I ovulated sept 9th/10th so calculations put my due date at June 3rd.

Now the nerves have set in!!!

I won’t be having my first ultrasound until 8 weeks which sounds so farrrr away !

So until then... what are some do’s and dont’s??

Any foods I should be eating/avoiding?

I’m staying hydrated and drinking lots of water, obviously no alcohol.

I know no Raw fish/meat.... but what are some foods I should be eating more of?

Ive yet to go buy myself a pregnancy book so I’m trying to google as much as I can. I’m just so terrified..... and want to do all I can to ensure it’s a safe and sticky baby ♥️❤️♥️❤️♥️
