Acne an early pregnancy symptom??

I am about 12 DPO and have tons of small pimples on my face. I usually get a few right before AF arrives but not this many. It seems like there 1-2 more everyday, and they aren't going away with my usual cream that has worked in the past. Has anyone experienced this as an early sign?

My skin totally changed. Which was a sign for me. Usually my skin is soooo dry. About a week or so before my missed period, my skin became so oily and I broke out around my hair line.
