help me calculate days. AF not due Oct 6th? Or 11th?

I am on CD 19 and just had my first trigger shot and will have our second <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on Wednesday the 27th which is CD 21. Both apps say AF is due the 6th of Oct. thats before my 2WW is up. When do I test for pregnancy?
