Night sickness?

Anybody else feel terrible at night only? I’m almost 12 weeks and I have not had a single day where I’ve felt sick in the morning, but every night now I just feel bad. I haven’t thrown up or anything, but I just feel overall horrible. It’s like this tired, headache-y, blah feeling and it only helps to just lie down.

Lucky for me I felt sick both in the morning and at night 😒. What helped at night was an occasional cup of warm mint tea ☕️. And sometimes a head rub from the hubby ☺️. I'm about 13 weeks now and it's subsiding so hang in there!

Yes I thought I was the only one! I usually have the worst stomach aches, has, bloating and a bit of nausea 😩

I have felt the same the past two nights. I’m 10wk4dy. I feel mostly fine during the day but at night I’m miserable with nausea and headache. No throwing up but feel like I could. I was thinking tonight I might not eat dinner to see if that helps. Anyone else try this?

Yes! I feel fine all day and then starting around 6 o'clock I feel like hell until I go to bed. The same headache, tired, nauseous, overall yuck feeling. It sucks!! I'll be having a great productive day and I just keep looking at the clock because 6pm is looming. I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow so I'm really hoping this night sickness is almost over.

Im almost 13 weeks and I have begun feelumg much better.  But, I always feel my worse at night!  Not just exhausted from the day but an upset tummy and general yuck feeling, too.

Mine is a million times worse at night. Take a benedryl before bed. Makes it so much better! If you don’t want to take a whole pill you can take half and it’ll help as well.

Same. I’ve been sick in the middle of the night since I was like 3 weeks. I’m now 13 weeks & 6 days and it’s trying to subside but it’s still brutal. It hits me about 2:30-3am and last until about 2-3pm. When I hit 12 weeks it started in at dinner time and not as bad during the middle of the night. Now I just wake up nauseous and occasional vomiting. No fun but I think & hope it’s getting better. I miss food! Good luck to you all & I hope everyone starts feeling better soon.
