You can follow Bee’s advice if you like but personally, I don’t suggest meat. In fact, animal protein is only recycled plant protein. So you’re better off getting protein from where they originally come from, plants! Also potatoes are fantastic. Carbs are fine as long as they’re not refined, processed or covered in oils and salts. There’s lots of misinformation about carbs but they are not your enemy, bad things added to carbs are! I’ve lost over 40 lbs and got better health eating a vegan diet that was fruits, veggies, grains, potatoes, beans, seeds and nuts. Barely any working out, just eating lots of plant based foods!

Don't eat potatoes unless you're gonna have an intense work out...not a good idea. Veggies are good, make sure you eat fish or chicken since they are waaay better than red meat.
