The Long Road To A Healthy Me
I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago, but hubby and I have been TTC for two and a half years now. I was taking medication but still eating garbage and living a *near* sedentary lifestyle. I am 5'9" and, at the beginning of my journey, weighed in at 258lbs. At the start of this year I was 248lbs. Then in August I made the decision that I was going to be a healthier me, not only for me, but for my husband and my future family. I still have a long way to go (my end goal is 160lbs) but here I am, 37lbs lighter than the beginning of my journey, now 221lbs. I will NOT let my weight, or PCOS take away my dream. I WILL be a mother.
