I'm doubting miscarriage...just a big clot. at about 5 weeks I miscarried and I was in such extreme pain through all the bleeding and loss I literally couldn't even drive myself to the doctor or hardly keep my eyes open. it was one of the most painful things I've ever felt. maybe that's just me BUT I don't think you miscarried
