Itchy body

Hi ladies, I'm half way along my first pregnancy and for the last few days have noticed very itchy skin, lower threshold for healing- for example, my (very) old belly button piercing which was taken out a number of years ago is super irritated and itchy for no known reason. Is anyone else experiencing this and any suggestions for natural treatments? Thanks!
