Cervix Position?

Im currently 15 days late, I've had some symptoms of pregnancy but one thing I want to know is what should my cervix feel like if I am? I did some investigating with mine just now and it was high, somewhat soft and somewhat firm, if that makes sense, and it's closed. Whats that mean? I did get a vfl a few days ago but have not confirmed with doctor or another test.
