Baby foods ?

How old was your LO when you started giving them tastes of it ??? Curious first time mom. ☺

Pediatricians say not to give baby food till 6 months old. But i started giving my son like applesauce (baby food) at 4 months and he's still breathing lol I'd definitely start with applesauce first and definitely get those veggies in!

We just stared our LO like two weeks ago. He turned 4 months on Friday. He has had bananas, apples, and just yesterday we started sweet potatoes. Most doctors say to wait until 6 months but my LO was showing signs that he was ready so I started now. He loves it. He loves sitting up, he opens his mouth for the spoon and closes ones it's in, he swallows it well and doesn't push it back out. I only give him a tiny bit a day. He has it with his 6 pm bottle. Once he's a little older I'll go to twice a day. But just make sure your LO's main source of food is still formula/breastmilk as that is what really has the nutrients they need.

4 months for our babe doctors orders. He did get his first two teeth around 3 months so that may have been why it is usually between 4 and 6 months babies start solids. :)
