What's this 😭🤦🏽‍♀️

Long story short I started my period this morning but since Sunday my vaginal area has been hurting. In the picture below what's circled is what looks and feels to me is swollen. Maybe just filled w liquid or something but definitely sensitive and uncomfortable. Anything you know or think would be great to know
