Siatic nerve!!!

SOMEBODY HELP. Mine is so bad that it paralyzes me, and i cant walk, sit, stand. Nobody gets rid of the sharp pain i feel in the lower back/butt. Heat does not help, resting does not help. Im only 25 weeks i can NOT deal with this for 14 more.
