Being extra sensitive

So I had a mc back in August 7th. My first pregnancy. And during that time I was extremely sensitive and would cry at the drop of a pen. Fast forward to today, something so small made me tear up. My mother literally just asked me if I was pregnant. I am ttc again but I'm just thinking it could just be hormones. I'm extremely exhausted these days. I haven't taken a pregnancy test. My period isn't due for another 13 days but I'm just curious as per why could this be. Anyone ever experienced this
