I feel empty 😭

Past 2 days I've been spoting, light pink everyone around me told me not to worry that it'll be ok.. I talked to a nurse yesterday she said it was impantion bleeding so I went home filled with worry, Today I woke up and I saw the blood... I did go to the hospital and they diagnosed me with a threatend miscarriage.. Doctor told me to wait 72 hours to see if my levels go up since they were really low, and if I continue to bleed like I am now then I should consider it a miscarriage 💔💔💔
