Your pregnancy symptoms before you got ur BFP

Hi 👋🏻 everyone! I was wondering what symptoms you all had before you took a test and got your BFP. Everyone tells me you just know when you are... would most of you say this is true? Also as far as cramping being one of your possible symptoms would you say you had that symptom before you took a test and if so did you continue to have it days after you got your positive result? Do they feel similar if not the same as menstrual cramps or would you say they're less mild?
