Exclusively pumping and boob pain
I exclusively pump and have been for almost 5 weeks (son is 7.5 weeks old) and lately I've been getting pain in my boobs. It's like a cramping type pain. It happens whenever doesn't have to be before during or after pumping .... I have no lumps and my supply is amazing. so I don't think it's clogged ducts or anything.
Any ideas what this is?! I read that it could be bad fitting bra or sleeping in your boobs - if they get squished.
