Essential oil's?

Has anyone used essential oils for menstrual pain?
Like cramps, sore breast, headaches, acne?
I have a lady that said I should try it but what she recommended was something that was supposed to enhance the appearance of beauty to me that doesn't seem like something that will help my menstrual cycle symptoms

Essential oils have many benefits. My two favorite are lavender and peppermint. I suffer from migraines and the peppermint oil helps calm them down. Lavender in itself is also very calming. Make sure it's 100 percent if you buy them and if you are ever applying directly dilute with a carrier oil. You can mix peppermint drops with lavender drops and a carrier oil and apply for menstrual pain, back pain, shoulder pain, foot pain. You can even diffuse them💕

I use peppermint oil for my migraines. It doesn’t cure them for me, but it defiantly takes the edge off when I have one.
