HR of 160 at 11 weeks too high?

My sons heartrate was always between 142-154.

The normal heart rate for any unborn baby is between 120-180.

Perfectly normal. At 6 weeks my little one had a HR of 120, 7 weeks it was 136.. then at 11 weeks it was 160 but it was also super active at that ultrasound so the tech said that could also effect it. But it's normal
