Period due 2 days ago after 3rd IUi

Hey all,

So my period was due Monday and ever since Sunday night I have had cramps and brown spotting. Today the spotting is dark brown! Am I out? Is AF comming? So confused. Normally I spot alot durning the 2 week wait. But this time I didn't spot at all until the day my period was due. But no red. So frustrated. Has anyone had this happen and end up being pregnant. Or am I just onto next month 😠
