Pregnancy symptoms

Alright so I am almost 8 weeks pregnant with no symptoms. My boobs were hurting and now not so much. No morning sickness or nausea whatsoever. I had a ultrasound at 6 and a half weeks and saw the baby and heartbeat and I know I should feel lucky that I'm not sick...however all it does is make me worry that something is wrong. Any thoughts or does anybody have and opinions??? Thanks in advance and sorry this is my first pregnancy after a loss and will be my first baby!!!
