Genital warts =(

I am wondering if anyone that has had a problem with genital warts has found a better remedy than having them cauterized.

I have only ever had sex with my husband, but unfortunately he was a bit promiscuous when he was younger & ended up being exposed to HPV & passing it on to me. I never had a breakout of warts for 6 years of our relationship & then once I did, they won't stay gone at all for the last 2.5 years. Having them cauterized is SO painful & I'm always embarassed to go in to the dr. for that. I feel like people are judging me & thinking I'm a slut or that I have slept around & its just really uncomfortable having multiple people messing around in that area.

I found this stuff online called SOMXL & I want to know if anyone has used it & if so had success or bad side effects. Or any other remedies people have had success with I would greatly appreciate.
