Yoga poses help! Try the cat/cow pose where you are on all fours, breathe in and arch your back up (cat) and then whileBreathing out let your back and belly sink down. Try to do for 15 mins at a time. You can also get on all fours and drop your head and chest to the ground while keeping your butt in the air. Good luck mama!
Breech baby!
Ladies, I'm 36w4d, baby still breech, have an apt Monday to try to flip him, but trying some "exercises" in the mean time to try to get him to flip. Wondering how many others have had the doctor/midwife try to flip, and the success rate, also if you tried exercises and if it worked...and can you feel it?? Help, I don't want a C section!
