Stretch marks

I have a lot of stretch marks surrounding my belly button and I had a csection 2 weeks ago. I want to use some sort of scar cream and stretch mark cream. I have Mederma scar cream. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions that work for clearing or at least lightening up the marks as well as the scar cream. Recommendations with positive results please!! I was lotioning several times a day all throughout my pregnancy but no luck with avoiding the stretch marks. They didnt start popping up til the third tri.
