miscarriage at 11 weeks

So this was my first pregnancy. my boyfriend and I were so excited. I had my first appointment yesterday and had a pap smear done. The doctor told me I may bleed a little. Well I went into work last night and I just felt off like something wasn't right at all. I was sweating and had some pretty bad cramps. A couple minutes later I feel fluid running down my leg , I run to the bathroom and its bright red blood with clots. I broke down, went out and told my manager and she said I could leave. I already knew there was no way this was normal. I went to the ER they gave me an ultrasound and blood work. Said that my hcg levels we're really low and the pregnancy did not look good and I was starting to miscarriage. I'm so heartbroken right now. I don't know what to do. My fiance and I have been sitting here crying😢😢😢😢💔💔💔
