lifting
OK so I have kids but my youngest is almost 3..so it's been a few years for me. I work at McDonald's on the overnight shift so there is only 3 of us in the store.. one of my managers is like obsessive over me not lifting things. anyone know how heavy is too heavy for real?(one of the things I'm supposed to lift is a metal urn with 5 gallons of tea in it)
